A. WHAT WE BELIEVE

All documents, files, models, methodologies, formulas, scenarios, projections, analyzes and reports produced and developed by virtue of activities in the company or directly to it related, have their intellectual property assigned to the company. Therefore, it is owned by DWF any document, product or service developed or generated during business hours, in dependencies, by formal request or arising from the use of any resources or databases.

B. THE DISCIPLINARY PROCEDURE

In case of non-compliance, omission or negligence to the rules and guidelines contained in this Code o Employee, provided that his undesirable conduct or contrary to the interests and values of the company, will be subject to the applicable administrative penalties, which may, in the last case, result in on termination of the professional contract.
In case of need for a penalty, 4 (four) levels of penalty will be considered: light, moderate, severe and very serious. Not necessarily gradual, depending on the case.

C.THE CONDUCT AND ETHICS COMMITTEE

DWF will permanently maintain an Ethics and Conduct Committee, composed of the HR Manager, the Manager Legal and the General Manager, in order to ensure consistency and fair analysis criteria of the cases of suspected deviations or misconduct.
